Our two-year spontaneous beer matured in a single red wine puncheon and briefly rested on Colorado-grown grape must. This variant was aged on Petite Pearl grapes and we’re obsessed with the purple hue that this hybrid showcases. Huge nose of blueberry and mango with flavors of blackberry, cacao, and a hint of tropical fruit salad. The tannic finish is just enough to leave you wanting another sip and the light funk and oak from our base beer are the best compliment to the jammy, full body.

This variant was aged on Malbec grapes and we love the lingering deep garnet color. Big nose of cranberry and strawberry preserves with flavors of plum, cherry, tobacco/leather, and subtle coconut barrel character. The tannic finish is just enough to leave you wanting more and the light funk and oak from our base beer are the best compliment to the BWE (Big Wine Energy).
